Pre-Order Commitment: Because our nursery bundles are custom-produced in limited batches, pre-orders secure your items for the upcoming shipment.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your pre-order for a 100% full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled as production has been allocated for your bundle.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your bundle arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly arrange a full replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges: If you wish to return your items for a change of mind within 14 days of delivery, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns due to the bulky nature of the furniture.
