Damaged or Defective Items: If your Matchbox Car Garage arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos. We will gladly arrange a full replacement or refund.
If your order has already been delivered , you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Pre-Order Commitment: Because our Matchbox Car Garages are custom-produced in limited batches, pre-orders secure your item for the upcoming shipment.
Cancellation Window: You may cancel your pre-order for a 100% full refund within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be canceled, as production has been allocated for your Matchbox Car Garage.
